This training programme is the ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading syllabus and content, but without the ILM assessment or fees included*. It includes all the learning and support material apart from the tutor support or the hard copies of the manual or workbook (these can be downloaded from inside the course).
This highly practical programme is content rich, with videos, PowerPoint, downloadable worksheets and training manual and so much more.
This online course is a fantastic foundation course for new or aspiring team leaders, designed to give them the skills and knowledge and confidence for a smooth transition from team member to team leader.
This distance learning course gives candidates the opportunity to achieve the ILM Level 2 Certificate level training, but without the additional cost of certification or other fees, the course is based on a broad range of selected units, designed to let students develop key skills relevant to the modern workplace.
Students will study each unit and then complete short assessment tasks if they wish.
