The programme is structured around professional coaching and supervision for the candidate. Students gain a sound understanding of the role of the coach and good practice in coaching which enables them to plan and organise coaching in their workplace. As they undertake the coaching programme, students use feedback in supervision sessions with their coach / tutor to reflect on and develop their effectiveness. The programme of learning offers a combination of coaching and supervision sessions, set readings, individually defined CPD, real time learning and reflective reviews. Students develop their coaching skills supported by their coach / tutor, focusing on achieving and assessing the results for their team members and their organisation.
